Junior Golf Summer Camp #3 – June 20 – 22
WHAT IS THE DAILY SCHEDULE OF ACTIVITIES?
Three Instructional Sessions will be conducted in a rotation of Driving, Chipping, and Putting:
Day One: Putt, Chip and Drive Day Two: Chip, Drive and Putt Day Three: Drive, Putt, and Chip
Four Group Activities:
-MCJG Coaches Demonstration of Golf Skills and Golf Practice Drills.
-Supervised Practice Breakout into Combined Boys and Girls thru the Junior Golfer Development Program
-Discovery Sessions in regards to Safety, Rules, including Life Values such as Etiquette & Sportsmanship.
-Juniors Measure their Golf Skills by performing Competitive Golf Simulations.
Water Break and Review: At the end of Sessions 1, 2, & 3 there will be a 15-minute water break in the air conditioned Restaurant or Golf Shop to review, refresh, and rehydrate!
Food and Beverage: Snacks, Bottled Water, and Lunch will be provided each day. Parents need to indicate if there are any special dietary needs or health requirements.
7:50 a.m. Arrival, Place Clubs, Report to the Back Porch of the Banquet Hall
8:00 a.m. Preview of the Four Daily Group Activities
8:15 a.m. Report to the Chipping Green for the Daily “Golf Stretching and Warm-Up Routine”
8:30 a.m. Session Rotation 1
9:00 a.m. Water Break and Review
9:15 a.m. Session Rotation 2
9:45 a.m. Water Break and Meeting Room Review
10:00 a.m. Session Rotation 3
10:30 a.m. Water Break and Meeting Room Review
10:45 a.m. Competitive Drive, Chip and Putt Simulation and Daily Fun Prize Contests
11:15 p.m. Lunch
11:30 p.m. Deadline for Parent Pickup
